We will move to these words from William Wordsworth, discovering forms expressing the three members of the soul – thinking, feeling and willing.  This art of movement can be refreshing and enlivening, helping us to be prepared for the glorious sun of summer.

Please bring soft-soled shoes; no previous experience is necessary; beginners are welcome.
